Club Permit Registration is exclusive to Victoria, Australia

If you have existing club permit registration you do not require a new RWC to change clubs, you don't even need to physically go to VicRoads!

We are entirely online, you do not need to physically come to us for applications, signatures or renewals.

We are very proud to announce the establishment of Beam Motoring Club.

We are a approved vehicle club with VicRoads and happily offer a welcoming and inclusive home for your Victorian club permit eligable vehicles of all makes and models.

Members recieve a 10 percent discount on all Beam Speed Shop merchandise (Apparel and stickers) and will receive a complimentary sticker pack on sign up.
